We offer free local pickup in North York, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting the local pickup option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are based on the pickup window you choose when you check out. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Meanwhile, we also offer a 🪴Free repotting service if you purchased any succulents and pots. However, this may need 1 or 2 days to prepare your order.

Please Note: 📝 Due to the delicate nature of our plants, we take extra care to package them for safe travel. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

We offer a free exchange policy within 7 days of purchase. The plants must be in the original condition and packaging. 🌱✨ We reserve the right to inspect the plants before exchanging them. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective. 🚚💔
